Do you take commissions?

At the moment I am unable to take on any commissions. If this changes I will announce it on my instagram feed (@jennybloomfield)

I have a REALLY cute dog, will you make an exception and accept a commission?

I’m very sorry, I don’t currently take commissions because I don’t have any time to do them (and I would only do them if I could given them my full and proper attention) - I’m afraid this is the same even if your dog or cat is super super cute.

I have a picture book I’d like you to illustrate, can you help?

All book enquiries should be sent to my agent Claire Cartey - claire@holroydecartey.com. Please note that I generally only work with professional publishers.

How often do you dispatch items from your shop?

I usually dispatch once a week, on a Monday. At busy times there may be a slight delay (as there is only me!).

You will receive an automated email from Big Cartel when your order ships. Please note that your package might not reach the post office until the following day.

Do you send internationally?

Yes, I can send worldwide (as long as there is a postal service).  The cost will be calculated at checkout (it varies depending on the items and destination).

Please note that customs duties may be payable on international orders (including EU) and these are NOT included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you google ‘customs duty calculator’ there are various online tools which will tell you the likely charges.

How do you send items?

I use Royal Mail postal services for UK and international orders.

International orders will always be sent via a tracked shipping method - you will receive a dispatch email via Big Cartel with the tracking information included.

Please note that customs duties may be payable on international orders (including EU) and these are NOT included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Items in the UK usually arrive within 3 working days (except in November/December when there can be delays).

For other destinations this is a guide based on my experience in the last few years:

Europe - approximately 1 week, but up to 3 weeks (depends a lot on the customs arrangements in the destination country)
USA - 1-2 weeks (but can be up to 4 weeks)
Australia and New Zealand - 2-4 weeks
Asia - 1-4 weeks
Asia - 1-4 weeks
